Single-basket vs dual-basket — which size for your kitchen

The first decision before brand or model:

Single-basket (3 to 5 quart). Apartments, couples, small kitchen counters. Cooks 1.5 to 2 lbs of food at a time, enough for two adults. Cosori 3.5-quart, Philips Compact, Ninja AF101 are the popular sizes.

What actually matters in an air fryer

Marketing pages list 12 'features.' Three of them matter:

Yes for families of three or more, no for couples and singles. For one or two people, you rarely use both baskets and the extra counter footprint is wasted.

How much smaller does a 5-quart fit than a 6-quart?
