The selection rotates through major brands (Tarte, Urban Decay, Lancôme, Estée Lauder, MAC, etc.). The list publishes 1-2 weeks before the event starts; check Ulta's app for the daily schedule. Many of these specific items hit their year-deepest discount during 21 Days.

Different strengths. Ulta wins on: drugstore + prestige cross-shopping, more generous lower-tier rewards, the 21 Days event, and the in-store hair salon. Sephora wins on: prestige brand selection (especially Asian beauty / K-beauty), more knowledgeable Beauty Advisors, the Rouge tier benefits at $1,000+ spend.

Free signup. Earn 1 point per dollar at base level; Diamond tier (1,200+ points/year) earns 1.25 points per dollar. Points convert to dollar-off discounts ($3.50 off per 100 points). The Platinum and Diamond tiers get free birthday gifts and exclusive events. The Ulta Beauty credit card adds 2 points per dollar at Ulta and 1 per dollar elsewhere.
